- Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Return Shipping: Unless the item arrived damaged or defective, buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

- Final Sale: Custom-personalized products, digital downloads, and clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
